I understand that you are the leader of the catering team at Wasing Park. I have enormous pleasure in congratulating you and your team for a quite outstanding performance last Friday when our daughter Sarah & Jamie had their marriage celebrations at Wasing Park.

This is (hopefully) a one off occasion and therefore it’s so difficult to make the right choice both from a venue point of view and suppliers for the different activities. The risk is huge since the financial out lay is so high and only one small thing can be the thorn in the whole event. It was better than perfect!

I believe the quality of the food from the kitchen and the manner that the food and booze was supplied to guests was tops. Your team was quite outstanding on both of these subjects. So many people commented to me on how on earth could a kitchen supply so many tender steaks cooked so precisely and to be delivered in front of guests almost all at the same time. Yes, a truly remarkable execution.

Your staff were terrific - each and every one of them - our sincere gratitude. I don’t want to minimise this fact but I have to say that Katie was, and is one of the most talented and customer-focused persons that I have come across even at my young age! Nothing was ever too much trouble and she so quickly understood what was needed and "saw to it" that it was done. Her charm and exuding attitude touched many guests heart!!

So thanks so much to everyone in the back (and front) that slaved away to make sure our day was such a success. If you get a chance of seeing the lovely pictures Tori took then these will tell the tale of such an enormously happy and successful event.”
